The National Education Policy (NEP) prioritizes the holistic development of youth, aiming to increase the Gross Enrollment Ratio and enhance skill development to support the objectives of Atmanirbhar Bharat. In alignment with this vision, our institution, in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), has implemented several initiatives to enrich both knowledge and soft skills among students.  These initiatives are essential for equipping students with the skills necessary to secure and excel in their professional careers.  Our curriculum is strategically designed to meet the practical demands of various careers, incorporating opportunities for entrepreneurship, internships, and experiential learning through certificate programs, add-on courses, and fieldwork. The Career Counselling and Placement Cell, guided by the IQAC, organizes workshops, training camps, and seminars to develop professionalism and a passion for skill acquisition. We prioritize practical experiences by collaborating with businesses and organizations in the skill sector. These partnerships are crucial for providing students with hands-on experiences and mentoring sessions focused on skill development to enhance employability prospects. Our institution places a strong emphasis on skill development, working with reputable academic and business organizations to foster a proactive and forward-thinking approach. Additionally, life skills activities, such as gymnasium workouts and yoga classes, contribute to students’ mental strength, health, and positive outlook. By integrating these diverse skill-building activities and fostering a supportive environment for practical learning, we aim to equip our students with the tools they need to succeed in their careers and contribute effectively to society.
