The IQAC of Lilabati Mahavidyalaya aims at building on the strengths of the institution and optimise on the opportunities.
Primary Goals Of IQAC
- To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalisation of quality culture and institutionalisation of best practices.
- To improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
Main Functions Of IQAC
- Stimulate academic environment through quality teaching-learning and research activities.
- Facilitate a learner-centric environment.
- To familiarise with latest technological advancements in information and communication.
- Organising workshops and seminars.
- Arranging for quality skill enhancement courses and training programs.
- Collaborations with industries, institutions, Welfare organisations.
- Development and maintenance of institutional database.
- Build capacity among students and staff.
- Identify and consult all stakeholders.
- Develop mechanisms for student’s appraisal.
- Encourage a Transparent feedback system.
- Create mechanism for implementing best practices.
- Arranging for effective career counselling sessions.
